I need to find a way to calm my heart and mind, and to ease myself before i sleep everyday. I think laying down on my bed and listening to coldplay radio on pandora with the lights off helps. I am going to try to condition myself and make this a routine.

just realized im short two classes for the usc ot program. I ll probably miss USC feb deadline. cause their program starts in may. So now I need to take these two classes in 2012 summer or fall at PCC again.  Dominguez Hills deadline is Sep 15th but their program starts in January. So i should make it. Fuck!
